Terms & Conditions

1. What are Package Units

Package Units are used to redeem eligible baby and mother products under an instalment

purchase arrangement. Package Units are not cash, do not represent wallet balance, and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Understanding Package Units Value

• Package Units are used in standard usage units for product redemption.

• For usage reference, one (1) Package Unit is typically used to redeem eligible products worth up to RM100, subject to product eligibility rules.

• The actual number of Package Units required for a purchase will be automatically calculated by the system at checkout.

3. How Package Units Can Be Used

• Package Units may be used at any participating VIB outlet to redeem eligible products only.

• You may use multiple Package Units in a single purchase.

• Example: A purchase of RM300 may require 3 Package Units, subject to product eligibility.

4. Excluded Items

• Certain items, including milk formula & baby diapers products, are not eligible for redemption.5. Non-Cash and Non-Transferable

• Package Units cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted into any cash-equivalent value.

• Package Units are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member account holder.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Package Units are not refundable.

• In the event of a product return or exchange, Package Units may only be used to redeem eligible replacement products.

• No cash refunds will be given.

7. Validity Period

• Package Units must be used within nine (9) months from the date of activation.

• Any unused Package Units after this period will expire and cannot be extended or refunded.

8. Changes and Updates

VIB reserves the right to update product eligibility, Package Unit usage rules, or these Terms and Conditions where necessary.

9. Final Interpretation

All Package Units are subject to VIB’s system rules and final interpretation.
