How to get invoice of my order?
- For Customs clearance invoice, kindly note that the invoice is offered by the seller who supplies the product. It is advised that you get in contact with your seller to get assistance.
- For GST/VAT invoice, invoices are available for all orders on which AliExpress has collected VAT at check-out.
How do I place an order?
Once you've found a product, you can easily place an order through our secure platform.
How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order?
For To Ship order, there are two options for you:
- Contact customer support to send the correct address before seller ships the order.
- Cancel order immediately and re-order with correct address information.
For Shipped order, we are sorry to inform that the shipping address cannot be changed.
If the products are broken or damaged, what should I do?
Please contact our customer support for requesting refund or return.
Can I customize the product and include my own label?
Yes, Alix365 does provide product customization service. You may fill in the request for quotation form.
